can talk about your problems with your family, brother, sister, doctor,
therapist or a trusted person. And you can also talk to yourself. It is called
self talk and we all do it. Sharing your problems will reduce your stress. It
will also train you to take a right decision at a right time.
9-Slow Down And sleep

the life is so busy and sometimes we need to slow down and check out. Have a
look in your life and organize the things in a better way. Take appropriate
